Shipping & Returns
We try and despatch your items the same day we receive your order. If there is any delay in the despatch we will contact you.
We use Royal Mail as our main courier and we send your items First Class. Smaller items will be posted through your letterbox but for larger items a card will be left should no one be there to accept the parcel.
All 'In Stock' orders that are received by Gotto Sports before 2pm GMT, placed online or ordered by telephone, will be dispatched the same day.
Any orders received after 2pm GMT or during the weekend will be dispatched the following working day.

Standard Shipping Charges
Our shipping charges are the same for the whole of the UK and depend on the size/weight of the item you order (excluding special offers with free shipping).
We also offer international postage within the European Union.
- EU postage price - flat rate of £11.95 per item. When we deliver to the EU all our services are Tracked & Signed.

If you decide that the product you purchased from us is not exactly what you were looking for, or is the wrong size, there is no problem returning it to us provided it has not been used. If you are not sure how to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
We will accept products back for exchange or a full refund as long as it is with its original packaging, receipt and the product itself unused or unworn. We cannot refund postage.
Our returns policy is flexible but we ask that items being returned are done so within 14 days of receipt. It may take up to 2 working days to refund you as you will be refunded in the same payment method you have used (credit/debit card, PayPal).
Remember, before purchase, if in any doubt about size, colour or suitability of a product, you can email or call us with any queries about our products. Our staff use the gear and we respond to emails quickly in working hours.
If for any reason your order arrives with a fault or it has been damaged during transit, send it back to us and we will send you a replacement.
