The versatile Mizuno Wave Rider is back for it’s 25th edition, now featuring a full midsole of Mizuno’s premium MIZUNO Enerzy cushioning.

This innovative foam delivers excellent softness and bounce while also being highly-durable.

The supportive Wave Plate has been redesigned with a new parallel shape within the midsole.

This helps disperse shock evenly throughout the shoe and provides stability to the soft foam while also giving a propulsive underfoot feel. Perfectly balanced between plush cushioning and propulsion, the Wave Rider 25 will feel great for runners training at wide range of paces.

The biomechanically designed upper of the Wave Rider 25 wraps the foot for a seamless fit, providing more breathability and better levels of comfort.

The gusseted tongue also helps increase midfoot support and hold the foot better.

A rounder heel collar with more padding creates a more comfortable fit around the ankle.

Shoe size is a personal preference and everyone's feet are different, but we want to ensure you avoid any pain or discomfort from bruised toenails, rubbing, blistering or pins and needles. Your running shoes should have enough width to allow you to spread your toes and should have some space at the front (we recommend having a half to one thumb's width of space from the end of your longest toe to the front of your running shoes). This usually means that your running shoe will be at least a half size bigger than your regular shoe size though this can vary from brand to brand.
